I'm not quite sure where to start with this post. The last week has been a complete emotional roller coaster ride. A week ago today the company I have been working for for the past year and a half had layoffs again. I didn't get so lucky this time and was informed that my time at ITS had come to an end due to seniority with in the company. I was completely devastated. I loved the company and everyone I worked with. I have met some amazing people through this job and couldn't imagine starting over somewhere else. I believe everything happens for a reason and knew this was no exception. I booked a plane ticket to go home and see my family as soon as I realized I suddenly had all this free time on my hands! I haven't been able to see them for over a year and can't wait for Thanksgiving!
So after a week of job hunting, setting up interview, supportive phone calls from people I've met along the way I got an amazing phone call yesterday morning...the owner of ITS was calling to ask me if I would like to rejoin the company and take my job back! Due to unforeseen circumstances they had a strong need for me to come back..with job security this time! I had a very strong feeling that it is where I am supposed to be at this time in my life. I could not be more thankful for this minor trial. It has given me the opportunity to go home and see my family for a whole week!! I wouldn't have the chance to go home had this not happened. Plus I got a couple days to sleep in. I can't complain...
Thanks to everyone who has been so kind during this hard week and all of your words of encouragement. I love you all :)

I am so freakin' happy you are back... I just knew last week that it wasn't over yet. Welcome back!
I am so sorry for your trial and also so grateful for the blessings that have followed. I'm glad you get to see your family, because that means we get to see you too! WE can't wait for Thanksgiving with your family. Love you,Kimberly
That sucks that you had to go through that, but I am glad that it turned out for the best. I hope that it all works out!
