Just Another Manic Monday...

OK, maybe not "manic" more like monotonous...If I have to repeat the phrase "Integrated Title, can you please hold?" one more time I might go crazy!

I'm seriously regretting not calling in sick to work right about now. I pretty much feel like I have been run over by a train...Besides the fact that I feel horrible, this day has just not been going my way. First off, I slept through my alarm. I had a miserable night tossing and turning so I managed to get in maybe an hour of sleep. Which means I missed my morning work out (not good when you're training for a marathon and are already WAY behind on training).

And then...after rushing to get ready for work I go out to my car to find my car door FROZEN shut!! So there I am in my heels yanking on my door for at least ten minutes. I literally had to chop away ice...I'm sure I was pretty hilarious to watch, and if it hadn't been happening to me I would have been cracking up! This all caused me to be late for work. Pretty hard for me to do considering I live two minutes away from my office.


Work has been nothing but the same, phone calls and envelope stuffing...thank goodness I have Alyssa to chat with all day or I would literally die of boredom! I usually entertain myself with a good book but I just finished The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini.



This is an AMAZING book! The author is a beautiful writer. There are some part that are hard to read and I had a hard time not crying sometimes at work but its worth the read and I highly recommend it! It really made me realize how lucky and blessed I am!
